Game Day With New York Honey: Honey Hot Wings

ree

Game Day in New York means crowded living rooms, loud screens, and plates piled high. Wings are always at the center of it, so why not take them up a notch? This recipe uses the New York Honey Dab Dart to infuse a sweet and spicy glaze that’s perfect for football Sundays. It’s simple, quick to make, and hits with flavor before the kick-off even starts.

Why Use The Dab Dart

The Dab Dart was designed for flexibility. It’s full extract oil in a precise, easy-to-dose applicator, which means you can add it directly to food without making a mess. For Game Day recipes, that’s a game changer. The oil blends right into sauces and glazes, so your wings taste like wings — just with an extra layer of Honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 3 tablespoons butter1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust for heat level)1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1–2 rice-grain sized servings of your Dab Dart flavor of choice (We recommend Lemon OG)

  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or fire up your grill).

  2. Season wings with salt and pepper, then bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.

  4. Remove from heat and add your Dab Dart oil, mixing until fully blended.

  5. Toss the hot wings in the glaze until coated, then serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese.

Game Day Done Right

The honey heat, the sticky glaze, and the Dab Dart infusion make these wings a crowd favorite. Whether you’re watching in the city or catching the game upstate, this recipe proves cannabis belongs at the table as much as it does in the circle.
